About Al-ambiya Foundation

Al-Ambiya Foundation is a secular, not-for-profit organization in Maharashtra, registered under the Societies' Registration Act of 1860 and BPT Act 1950 (Ahmednagar Charity). We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for disadvantaged elderly people through healthcare, age care, livelihood programs, and disaster response initiatives. Our foundation proudly manages Madrasah Darul Uloom Alamgir Ahmednagar, a minority educational institution formed under Articles 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitution, committed to preserving cultural heritage while providing modern education.

Al Ambiya Foundation has empowered the Madrasah, producing 500+ Huffaz and spiritual leaders across Maharashtra.

Al Ambiya Foundation’s Role

Blending tradition with modern subjects like English, Science, Math, and Computers, our curriculum supports India’s National Education Policy and nurtures well-rounded individuals.

Embracing Modern Education

With 55+ scholars and 759 Huffaz graduated, the institution has shaped Maharashtra’s religious landscape and today serves 500+ students despite past challenges

Impact and Contributions

Since 1962, Darul Uloom Alamgir has been a beacon of Islamic education, reviving the historic Khanqah Aurangzeb Alamgir in 1967 after 300 years of silence.

Legacy of Faith and Knowledge

Darul Uloom operates four key departments — Theology, Hifz, Globalization, and Dawah — led by 22 dedicated professors blending faith and modern relevance.
