Uniting Traditional Values with Modern Support Systems
Al-Ambiya Foundation India was established in 2017 as a secular, not-for-profit organization registered under the Societies' Registration Act of 1860 and the BPT Act of 1950 (Ahmednagar Charity). Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to serving disadvantaged communities, with a special focus on poor and orphaned children, through various support programs, healthcare initiatives, livelihood projects, disaster response efforts, and community awareness campaigns. Al-Ambiya Foundation proudly manages *Madrasah Darul Uloom Alamgir Ahmednagar*, a minority educational institution operating under Articles 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitution. As a Minority Educational Institution, we operate within the constitutional framework that protects the rights of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. This includes the right to conserve distinct language, script, and culture; and the right to autonomy in educational administration.
At Madrasah Darul Uloom Alamgir Ahmednagar, we balance traditional values with contemporary education. Currently serving approximately 500 students with religious education, we aim to expand by integrating modern high-tech facilities. Our goal is to establish primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools with a special focus on educational opportunities for girls—ensuring that religious education is complemented by modern educational standards. Through our commitment to children's welfare and quality education, Al-Ambiya Foundation strives to create lasting, positive change while preserving cultural heritage and serving the diverse needs of our community.
